The Dental Law Partnership
bridging the gap
We need your support to make sure that all those who suffer from negligent dental treatment can get compensation from dentists’ insurers, quickly and easily. At the moment a number of dentists are practising without insurance, and even when dentists are insured, forcing a dentist’s insurer to pay out, can be lengthy, difficult, and sometimes impossible. We think that is wrong.
If you agree please enter your first name in the form to the right to add your support to the petition. We will only display your surname on the website.

I find it incredible that dentists can be allowed to practice without holding insurance. The authorities must take action to give the public confidence in the dental profession.

Shocking that so many Dentists have no insurance & when unsatistfactory treatment is carried out patients dont have a claim & unable to get a refund to correct the poor work.

I was completely unaware until recently of this loophole in the case of dental regulation, and suspect most people will also be. It does seem to be a clear flaw in the system.
